A new Samsung Galaxy S5 concept shows off a futuristic 4K display housed in a very thin and flexible aluminum casing.

Designer Ashraf Amer created a render with incredibly high specs. The Galaxy S5 concept image has a flexible body that literally bends in the user's hands. The casing is made up of a dynamic metal polycarbonate.

The handset also delivers a 4K Super Flexible 5.25-inch OLED screen. The screen is scratch-resistant while the smartphone is water-resistant. Ashraf Amer imagines that two Samsung Galaxy S5 versions are coming - one with super flexible aluminum built and the other with super flexible polycarbonate plastic casing.

Under the hood, it packed an octa core MediaTek 2 GHz processor and 5 GB of RAM. It also has a 16 megapixel camera with great low light capture, a 5 MP front cam and 4K video capture ability. Stereo surround is also a new feature packed on the back speakers. Security is superb as it packs both a fingerprint and iris scanner.

Samsung Galaxy S5 release date is speculated to be held next month on or before the Mobile World Congress (MWC). This is supported by the confirmation from Samsung's Executive Dong-hoon Chang that the company will release a new flagship phone next month. Hinting from previous Samsung Galaxy S releases, the company will most likely hold its own launching event ahead of MWC 2014.

Samsung has not confirmed yet the official specs and features of the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S5. However, according to reports, Samsung is working on qHD screen displays with 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution, 64-bit Exynos octa core processor and iris scanner. Other Galaxy S5 features that consumers can also expect are 16 MP ISOCELL back camera and 4 MP front facing camera, 3 GB RAM, Adreno 330 GPU and longer battery life. The handset may run with either Android 4.4 Kitkat OS or the rumored Tizen OS.
