Samsung Galaxy S5 features may include bigger and improved back camera.

Internet was stirred when Flipboard user @123fliptest uploaded a photo from a device with the model number SM-G900-V, which is the reported Samsung Galaxy S5. Based from the EXIF data, the resolution of the photo is 5312 × 2988 pixels.

If the used sensor is from the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 is 4:3 sensor, this means Galaxy S5 will have 21 megapixel camera. But if the new Galaxy flagship comes with a 16:9 sensor based on the rumors, it is most likely the upcoming S5 could have a 16 MP camera.

Galaxy S5 has shown up for Indonesian certification with model number SM-G900H. This particular model is expected to be released in Asian countries while the SM-G900 model number could be the one that Samsung uses for the global model.

Meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S5's rumored specs and features claimed the handset will pack a QHD display with 2K resolution. Samsung Galaxy S5 may also include an octocore Exynos 6 chipset or Snapdragon 805 SoC for 4G/LTE variant. The handset is also set to run with Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. The Galaxy S5 will not pack the rumored 4000 mAh battery but will include a 2900 mAh.

A patent from Samsung was spotted the previous week showing Galaxy S5 will have no buttons. The design of the leaked smartphone resembles the previous Galaxy S4 and S3. Both devices feature soft keys and home button. The patent also suggested Samsung Galaxy S5 will drop the rumored retina scanner. But Samsung still has not confirmed the details and features of its upcoming flagship phone.
