Samsung Galaxy S5 Release Date Real Soon, Listed Online with 1080p Display and 16MP Camera Ahead of MWC 2014 'Unpacked 5' Launch
Typhone, a Dutch retailer listed the Samsung Galaxy S5 with 1080p display and 16MP sensor camera on its Web site just recently.
At this point, the accuracy of the listing is questionable because it could just be a place marker for when the Samsung Galaxy S5 gets released. Also, it is worth noting that the listing has a regular 1080p display which is typically seen in lower end models. In the past, Samsung is known to improve its flagship devices every time and the Galaxy S5 is no difference.
Alleged specs and rumours flood the Internet these past weeks and as we get closer to the official announcement of the much anticipated Galaxy S5 we expect these rumoured features to firm up.
Most Galaxy S4 owners are quite happy with their devices, that's why fans are more eager in anticipating what the Galaxy S5 has to offer. An alleged 16MP of 20MP sensor AF camera is expected to be seen on the Galaxy S5 with 3GB of RAM, 2MP front camera and 3000 mAh battery. There is no doubt that with all those features, fan gets excited as the Galaxy S5 release date nears.
The hits aforementioned are quite impressive especially when we look back to when the first Samsung Galaxy S smartphone was released in June 2010. Indeed, Samsung have come a long way from the original S smartphone that grabbed the attention of the world back then. Now, after 4 years of innovating, Samsung is expected to release a powerhouse smartphone.
It will not be too long before we will finally see this smartphone after its launch in February 24 at the MWC 2014 "Unpacked 5" event. With the listing from retailers popping all over the Internet, the release date of the Galaxy S5 after the MWC 2014 becomes imminent.
Thus far, we expect more rumours and leaks appear as the release date nears but then again, all we have to do is wait until the launch, which is just a few weeks away.
