Screen
The current standard for Android phablets is approximately 5 inches, 1080p screen, which the Samsung Galaxy S5 delivers. The Nexus 5 offers a slightly smaller viewable area but the iPhone 5s has much smaller display at 640 x 1136 resolution screen.
Under the Hood
Essentially, it is a tie between the two Android devices but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has a slightly newer model of the Snapdragon SoC processor than the Google Nexus 5, which sports a Snapdragon 805. The Apple iPhone 5s lags behind with only 1GB of RAM to the 2GB of RAM of the Androids but it has a muscular PowerVR G6430 GPU, which blew many benchmark scores back when it was released.
