Samsung Galaxy S6 massively discounted by $250
The Samsung Galaxy S6 is undoubtedly one of the most desired smartphones this holiday season. The device is now available with a price tag of $399 on eBay.
The 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 that is available for $399 is an unlocked smartphone. Its model number is SM-G920, which indicates that the handset is compatible with network bands of AT&T and T-Mobile, Phone Dog reports.
Techoulet, the seller of the smartphone, has a positive feedback rating of 96.9 percent on eBay. The listing states that the 32 GB Galaxy S6 is available with a discount of $200. As of this writing, nearly 1,300 units of the smartphone were sold.
The full retail price of 32 GB Galaxy S6 with AT&T is $584.99. Verizon Wireless is selling the same variant for $576. T-Mobile, Sprint and US Cellular are selling the 32 GB Galaxy S6 with full retail pricing of $479, $584 and $649, respectively. Compared with the pricing of the unlocked Galaxy S6 with 32 GB through US carriers, the eBay discount will allow users to save around $250.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 was launched in March this year. It sports a premium design as its chassis is made up of metal and glass. It is fitted with a Super AMOLED display of 5.1 inches and supports a screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Galaxy S6 is powered by Exynos 7420 chipset that features a 64-bit octa-core processor and Mali-T760MP8 graphics. It is supported by 3 GB of RAM. The rear camera of the Galaxy S6 features 16 megapixels, while its selfie shooter has 5 megapixels.
There is no microSD card slot on the device, but it comes in multiple storage options like 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. It is one of the first Samsung smartphones to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS upgrade. It is powered by 2,550 mAh capacity battery that supports wireless charging.
