Samsung Galaxy S6 release date is undecided but more and more rumours of the flagship smartphone of the upcoming year is swirling on the Web. Last week, Toptienmobiel, a Dutch-based blog, had published a leaked image of Galaxy S6 with very thin bezels.

Citing the French-site, PhoneArena claims that the leaked Samsung Galaxy S6 photo is actually an image of Samsung Galaxy Alpha that has been modified by using photo editing software like PhotoShop. The side-by-side comparison of the leaked handset and the Galaxy Alpha shows that it is exactly the same image with the same hand holding both devices in the same position on the respective images. There is a new speculation which states that there will be bent-glass display on both the sides of the device and it will also feature a full metal construction.

PhoneArena highlights that the handset in the fake photo looks quite similar to the Galaxy S5. The South Korean tech giant is expected to launch the Galaxy S6 with a revamped appearance. Hence, it is said to be a redesigning project named Project Zero. If the Galaxy S5 is going to release with a overhaul design, Samsung may not want to roll out a flagship smartphone with a design, which is quite similar to any of its previous flagship models as it can be seen in the image.

On Dec. 11, IBTimes had reported that the news about of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with curved display like the Galaxy Note Edge is also fake. SamMobile had confirmed that the South Korean giant prefers focusing on the Galaxy S6 flagship rather than rolling out an Edge variant of the handset.

On Dec. 8, IBTimes had also reported on the leaked Samsung Galaxy S6 specifications. It states that the Galaxy S6 with model number SM-G925F features 5.5-inch Quad HD display, 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset with Mali-T760 GPU, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB internal storage, 20 MP rear camera, 5 MP front-facing camera, and Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is speculated that Samsung will also roll out a Snapdragon chipset version of the Galaxy S6. According to PC Advisor, the Galaxy S6 may get revealed through an Unpacked Event around Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015.
