Samsung TabPro S will be available in the US for $899.99
In January, at the Consumer Electronics Show 2016, Samsung announced the Galaxy TabPro S tablet running on Windows 10. Starting March 18, the slate will be available for purchase in the US.
“Our goal from the outset was to deliver an entirely new experience and build a wonderful Windows 10 device that was not only powerful in computing capability, but also beautiful in design with the upmost functionality for mobile productivity,” said Chris Cocks, vice president, OEM Technical Sales at Microsoft in a blog post.
Availability:
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S will be available in Microsoft stores, Best Buy and Samsung. Best Buy will start selling the product from Friday, March 18.
Microsoft stores will offer the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S from Monday April 4, 2016 in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Specifications and features
The 12-inch slate sports Super AMOLED QHD Display. It weighs only 693g and is the thinnest 2-in-1 Windows 10 device in the market, claims Microsoft. The company also offers a keyboard bundled with the slate.
The Galaxy TabPro S is powered by the 6th generation Intel Core M dual-core 2.26GHz processor coupled with 4GB of RAM.
With built-in LTE Cat.6 connectivity, the Galaxy TabPro S offers two storage options, 128GB and 256GB.
The device runs on either Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro. The 2-in-1 tablet sports a massive 5,200 mAh battery which lasts for over ten hours even when you watch videos on full-screen. The device is designed to optimise the Cortana experience.
Samsung’s new Galaxy TabPro S comes with “all the best features of Windows 10 including powerful enterprise grade security features and reliability that has been designed into the core of the operating system, which make Windows 10 the most secure Windows ever,” wrote Chris Cocks in his blog post.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is already available for purchase in Europe.
