'The Sims 4' December 2014 Free Patch Expected Contents And Additions
As of date, the current game version inclusive of the core game and patches from October and November does not feature the MoveObjectsOn cheat command due to technical issues but has been confirmed to make a comeback on the upcoming December 2014 free patch for the game, according to SimsVIP. Similar to previous game titles, the MoveObjectsOn cheat command removes the bypass cell restrictions when players are moving and placing in-game objects. It is commonly used for the Build mode so players can fully customise walls, decorations, floors and other objects without suffering from cell restrictions or objects occupying the same space.
Aside from the MoveObjectsOn cheat command, the December free patch will also add new in-game items. Some of these items are rewards available to Sims taking the new career paths - Business and Athletic - included on the patch. Here is the list of items coming very soon:
1. Desk name plate
2. Business gnome
3. Llama costume
4. Athletic trophy
5. Athletic poster
6. Computer
7. Computer chair
8. Business chart
9. Snowman
10. Christmas wreath
11. Kinara
Recent reports from Kotaku unveiled the new career paths which will be added by the December patch. New jobs are focused in "Business" and "Athletic" with two available career diversities on each path. Business career path opens the "management" and "investor," while Athletic will open "bodybuilder" and "professional athlete for athletic one."
The free patch is also expected to bring improvements and optimisations to the game just like the two previous updates. Additional contents for game improvement could include fixes for game crash and performance issues, fixes for issues reported by players via community feedback, tuning and graphics enhancements, changes and fixes for the Build Mode, changes in the user interface and text details and new cheat commands for respective features added by the patch, expected to be released on Dec 16, 2014.
