Never Die Because Of Extreme Emotions
Emotions on "The Sims 4" can cause deaths among Sims if an extreme state has been reached. ModTheSims forum user DrChillGood posted the "Emotions Don't Kill" game mod that prevents extreme anger, extreme laughter and extreme embarrassment from killing Sims by editing the following files of the game:
— S4_6017E896_00000000_0000000000003230 Mortified Hidden Buff
— S4_6017E896_00000000_000000000000322B Hysterical Hidden Buff
— S4_6017E896_00000000_0000000000003228 Enraged Hidden Buff
— S4_6017E896_00000000_0000000000006AB8 Enraged Hidden Buff (Hot-Headed Version).
However, Sims who died from extreme emotional states before the installation of the game mod will still have respective ghost traits corresponding to the emotion that killed them. Click here to view the details and files from the uploader.
Stop Books From Disappearing After Being Published
In the game, written books are found in the inventory of Sims but will disappear if ever published by using "Self-Publish," "Sell to Publisher" or "Sell to Literary Digest" interactions on the mailbox. So forum user scumbumbo uploaded a game mod called "Keep Books After Publishing" to create a copy of a written book after it has been published.
Any self-written book in a Sims' inventory that has already been submitted to the publisher or literary digest will not be republished and will be greyed out. The game may not be compatible with any other game mod that changes the book publishing actions in "The Sims 4." Click here to view the files and compatibility.
Servo Arrives To 'The Sims 4'
Servos are robotic Sims featured on "The Sims 2" and currently not available on "The Sims 4." But forum user Esmeralda uploaded a game mod to enable both male and female servos compatible with "The Sims 4." The male version is called Servo while the female is called Servette having the respective traits and aspirations:
— Male Servo: Master Chef/Essence of Flavour, Neat, Cheerful, Geek
— Female Servo: Freelance Botanist/Collector, Neat, Cheerful, Geek
Players should know that these servos are Sims dressed in custom bodies, which means the game mod uses custom contents. Click here for further technical details and files required.
