'The Sims 4' Mods: Gay And Lesbian Pregnancy Now Available As Alternative To Adoption
Pregnancy of men on "The Sims 4" is finally possible by using a mod called "Babies For Everyone" that works as an alternative to adoption for building a family. Fortunately, lesbian Sims also benefit on this mod which allows one of the female Sims to become pregnant without a male counterpart.
Babies For Everyone!
Mod uploader AgonistAgent posted the "Babies For Everyone" custom content for "The Sims 4" which literally allows any Sim couples to build a family and give birth to kids regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Here are the features of the mod all Simmers worldwide:
- Lesbian pregnancy
- Gay pregnancy
- Elder pregnancy
- Male pregnancy
- Equal opportunity mischief on Ask Due Date
- Reverse pregnancy
In urban dictionary terms, reverse pregnancy takes place when a woman's secreted bodily fluid enters the man's urethra during sexual intercourse. According to the technical details, a male Sim can be impregnated by a female Sim regardless if the relationship is heterosexual. Pregnant male Sims cannot have pregnancy tests or breastfeeding, unlike with female Sims.
Aside from that, the mod also feature pregnant mesh over male Sims which apparently difficult to do in "The Sims 3" using Nrass Woohooer. Nrass Woohooer mod for the previous game has graphic glitches on pregnant male Sims such as missing body, neck and legs during the period which can be fixed by simply changing the outfit after the baby is born.

1. Installation is simply like any other mods by copying the package file to the Mods folder of the game.
2. Adding the following line to "Resource.cfg" using a Notepad: DirectoryFiles unpackedmod autoupdate
3. Create an empty folder called "unpackedmod".
The last two steps are only needed to be performed once per "The Sims 4" installation and necessary for all XML tuning mods to function.
