'SIMS 4' Sept 2 Release: Major Missing Features, Limited Features and Other Missing Elements
Players of the "SIMS 4" are likely to expect several downsides on gaming experience after details from TS4News unveiled the total removal of elements from the game and other limited stuffs which appeared on the "SIMS 3."
Major Missing Features from the SIMS 3
There are ten major elements missing on the "SIMS 4" which appeared on the "SIMS 3" claimed by the site. Below are the details of these elements and the functions served on the previous game:
1. Create A Style - Allows the editing of patterns and colours of in-game objects.
2. Lack of modifications on world and public spaces.
3. Normal careers were removed including Law Enforcement, Medical and Business.
4. Viewing does not support Open World which means loading screen will occur between active lots.
5. Swimming pools are missing.
6. Paint the current terrain tool available.
7. Story Progression has the lacking necessary elements such as neighbourhood aging, children, occupation and marriage if the player does not intervene.
8. Toddlers are not available yet.
9. Create or placing of new lots is not yet supported. Players will start with two empty lots.
10. MAC version is not yet available on the official release date.
Limited Features Found on the SIMS 3
Aside on the major features from the "SIMS 3" lacking on the "SIMS 4," there are several other features which have been limited on the current game instalment. These limitations include lifting the baby through the basinet only, background objects are not playable, maximum of three floors only, reduced maximum lot size of 50 x 50 instead of 64 x 64, loading screens for individual lots and similar heights between teens, adults and elders.
Other Stuff Missing on Based from the SIMS 1, SIMS 2 and SIMS 3
The "SIMS 4" cut out more stuff which has appeared on previous games including the "SIMS 1" and the "SIMS 2." Some of these things have direct impact on the character's needs, design and gaming experience.
Missing contents on "SIMS" include acne, animated hair, aspiration failures, cleaning skill, comfort need, curfew, multi-tone hair colour, dinner proposal, sickness, environment need, favourites, fears, male body hair, accidental deaths and zodiac signs.
Other contents missing include aliens, babysitter, NPC bartender, basements, bookstores, burglars, cars, shopping for clothes, dreams, gardener for hire, ghosts, move object cheat, part invitations, private school, repairman and outdoor swimming such as lakes.
