Hardware unveiled: Kickin' camera and display
From the additional leaked photos that were obtained by Android Community, it looks like the Sony D6503 Sirius has a very similar look to the Xperia Z1. The main difference that can be seen at first glance is that the slots and ports are in different places when compared to its predecessors.
Aside from the placement of the ports, there is now only one magnetic flap that covers the USB and SIM slot ports. But the Sony D6503 Sirius may also take on a lighter physical hardware, as it will only be 8.5 mm thick.

Some of the confirmed features include 4K video recording and Timeshift video, as seen in the apps leaked for the Sony D6503 Sirius' Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. Timeshift, on the other hand, allows you to apply slow motion effects on high frame-rate videos.
There are also a few display options, including Smart backlight control, which will no longer trouble you with sleeping screens so long as you keep your eyes on it. Aside from the Smart backlight, there's also the Smart call handling, which is basically motion gesture-controlled answering or rejecting of calls. Glove mode and White balance are retained for the Sony D6503 Sirius phone.
Aluminum chassis and a good AnTuTu benchmark
As the successor to the Sony Xperia Z1, the Sony D6503 Sirius is reportedly taking on a similar design, but this time with thinner bezels to ensure a 5.2-inch display.
Gizbot also reports that the Sony D6503 Sirius is looking at a 32996 score in the AnTuTu Benchmark, making it a flagship-worthy device. What's more, the materials used for the device include an aluminum chassis and glass, with an expected debut at the MWC 2014.
