The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus sales began at 8 A.M. on Sept. 19 at various Apple Stores all over the Australia. The new iPhone 6 models sales also began at the same time at retail outlets like Telstra, Optus and Vodafone.

A 24 year old student named Anna from China was kicked out of the queue by the police at about 10AM at George Street. She had arrived to the flagship shop of Apple Store in Sydney to purchase the recently released new iPhone 6 smartphone.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported that the young woman stood in the queue for more than 24 hours. Police had asked her to leave the queue several times because of the commotion she created. They told her to leave the place for six hours or else she would be at the risk of getting arrested.

She had come to the new Apple Store to purchase two handsets of the new 4.7-inch iPhone 6 model. However, more number of people started queuing up in front of her. The people standing in the queue had grown from around 80 to nearly 200.

She felt that she wouldn't be able to get in front of the line and since time was running out for her as she wanted to leave the place to study for a law examination, she left the queue more than once to see if someone offers a good deal on the new iPhone 6.

Others who were standing in the line offered to sell her the iPhone 6 handsets at inflated prices. She tried to find out whether any other person standing in the queue was ready to sell her the new iPhone 6 at a more affordable price.

It was reported that people and media officials were overcrowding at the George Street and the police were a having tough time to clear the passageway outside the Apple Store. Anna was warned more than two or three times before she was told to leave the place.

Anna claims that she was upset because of the fact she had waited longer in the queue to purchase the iPhone 6 handsets and Apple did nothing to prevent the people who came later and jumped the queue in front of her.
