Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) got reunited in "Supernatural" Season 9, Episode 12 "Sharp Teeth" after separating ways in Episode 10 "Road Trip." The brothers had an awkward meeting when they were able to track down the missing-in-action hunter Garth (DJ Qualls) in a hospital but decided to put aside their issues and find answers on where and what Garth has been doing.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains major spoilers on "Supernatural" Season 9, Episode 12 "Sharp Teeth." The Winchester brothers crossed paths at a hospital in Wisconsin where Garth is confined after getting run over by a car. As Sam and Dean catch up on what has happened since they separated, Garth run off after pretending to be sick in the bathroom.

Garth's escape made Sam and Dean more eager in tracking down their friends to find out the truth on why he suddenly disappeared. Dean tries to trick Sam again claiming that he did not find any information from the CCTV footage on Garth's escape car but he failed.

Sam got upset with Dean again and told him that after they finish working on the case on Garth, the two of them will deal with their issue and the he will be gone. The Winchester brothers were able to track down Garth again but discovered he was with a female werewolf.

Garth begged his friends not to kill the female werewolf and finally admitted the he is also a werewolf now. Then, the former eccentric hunter recounted what happened in his life and tried really hard to convince Sam and Dean that his wolf pack is safe.

Dean accepted Garth's invitation to meet his werewolf family while Sam continued to investigate on anything suspicious about the pack. At Garth's new home, Dean was really skeptical with the werewolves and his discussion with Garth led to the revelation about what happened to Kevin (Osric Chau) which Garth took badly.

Sam and Dean are about to accept the fact that Garth has found love and a new life as a werewolf but a phone call from the sheriff about another animal attack made them think there is still something fishy going on with the wolf pack. The brothers found out the existence of Ragnarok and Dean conducted a research that led him to the wolf pack's action plan of human extinction or complete werewolf domination.

Sam got whacked on the head when he was looking for Garth and his wife Bess in their home. When Sam regained consciousness, he was tied up like Garth and Bess in a barn. The mastermind behind the wolf pack's evil plan appears and it is Bess' stepmother revealing her true colours.

Dean comes to the rescue and saved Sam, Garth and Bess from the enemies. Garth thanked the Winchester brothers and confessed that he can still go back to the hunting business and use his werewolf abilities.

Garth further told Dean that he wants to make up for his mistake of abandoning Sam, Dean and especially Kevin. However, Dean dismissed the idea and told Garth to just enjoy his new life and maybe tell the amazing story to the next generation one day.

Then, the ending scene showed the Winchester brothers dealing with their issues. "We don't see things the same way anymore," Sam told Dean, who tries hard in making it up with his brother. Sam eventually agreed to go hunting with Dean again but Sam frankly told Dean that he does not completely trust his older brother anymore.

In next episode of "Supernatural" Season 9, Sam and Dean will go on an undercover work at a spa to investigate on the murder victim's extreme weight loss. The synopsis for Episode 13 titled "The Purge" revealed that Sam gets hired as a fitness instructor while Dean goes on a kitchen duty and the two realize someone or something drugs the people at the spa before sucking out all of their body fat until they die.

"Supernatural" Season 9, Episode 13 "The Purge" is scheduled to air on Tuesday night, February 4, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW network.
