Another behind-the-scenes promo photo for "Supernatural" Season 9 found its way on the Internet featuring main stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki as the Winchester brothers. The promo photo shows the comical side of the two actors, portraying characters Sam and Dean, as they goofed around the pictorial set.

In the promo photo, actor Jared Padalecki can be seen laughing at co-star Jensen Ackles who seem to have said something hilarious while holding the prop knife. Though Jared and Jensen share a good laugh off the camera, the two are expected to show a more serious tone in "Supernatural" Season 9 since the latest season will bring a whole new level of trouble for Sam and Dean Winchester.

"You're going to find Dean, in the beginning of this season, in a slightly different position, one where it's his decision driving great important and weight on their relationship. It's a heavy weight to bear and it has a great effect on their relationship," executive producer Jeremy Carver revealed to TVLine. Add demon Crowley, fallen angels and angel-turned-human Castiel to the list of what the Winchester brothers will have to deal with in "Supernatural" Season 9.

TVLine hinted that a character may not appear in the early episodes of the TV drama series' latest season. Viewers would like to see the return of angel-turned-human Castiel immediately, but TVLine claims that the first few episodes could be "100 perfect Cas-free" since actor Misha Collins' character got separated from the Winchester brothers.

Mr Collins previously revealed at the 2013 San Diego Comic Con that his character, Castiel, will be "marooned from the brothers" in the beginning of Season 9. Additionally, Castiel will find himself "in a bit of a bind" especially with what happened in Season 8 and the other angels are not happy about it.

The brand new season is expected to be exciting and great as other characters return for more action. It includes Jim Beaver as Bobby Singer, actress Felicia Day who portrays red-haired hunter Charlie and the demon named Abaddon. "Supernatural" Season 9 returns on Tuesday night, October 8, at the CW network.
