Described by UsMagazine as a “down-home kind of gal” Swift was confirmed by a source as buying the estate located in Nashville.
"It's an incredible house," the source was quoted as saying by Us Magazine. "Taylor's been visiting her parents there and she's so excited for them."
Built in 1925, the property as described by the celebrity magazine has an area of 5,000 square feet with three bedrooms. The newly bought estate according to the website is ‘complete with a blue stone terrace and sizable outdoor fireplace’.
Citing the report by Real Estalker, Us Magazine noted that the price of the property had gone down from the original offer by the end of last year, an opportunity that suited best the “Love Story” hitmaker.
Swift added Us Magazine had also taken a separate property in Los Angeles.
"She is in L.A. so much -- and she was paying a fortune in hotel charges!" the unnamed source said, according to Us Magazine.
