‘Titanfall’ Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC Release Date in Australia [Watch Trailer]
One of the most highly anticipated game "Titanfall" is all set for the March 13 release date in Australia. The first person shooter already has gamers buzzing with excitement! Here is a review of what gamers can expect from the game.
One of the co-creators of the widely popular "Call of Duty" series and other developers associated with the franchise are involved in the development of "Titanfall," which could explain the excitement and huge expectations from the game.
The game has a futuristic setting where players have to combat heavily armoured machines and other players. One of the key differentiating elements in the game is the use of 24 foot tall machines by players, called as Titans.
The Titans may remind viewers of the armoured machines controlled by soldiers in the "Avatar" movie. The unique gameplay in "Titanfall" allows players to play as assault pilots or the giant titans.
The story line of the game revolves around the war between the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) and the Militia. The game is entirely multiplayer, with some moments that highlight the achievements of the character similar to the campaign mode of a regular FPS game.
The introduction of the agile Titans offers more scope for in game tactics in "Titanfall." The players will be able to attack or strategically retreat, depending on the situation. The use of Titans is not necessary in order to attack but the players, while playing as pilots, can hijack a Titan.
"Titanfall" offers some excellent graphics. Perhaps the first thing players will notice that is different in the game is its pace. The game is very intense and engaging compared to some of the other games where the pace builds slowly, allowing the player some time to adjust to the surroundings.
Another game that has the fans buzzing is "The Witcher 3." Click here to watch the trailer and read about the game that has one of the best graphics and visual effects.
Perhaps the only concern fans have about "Titanfall" is that the game seems to focus heavily on an urban setting. Players who are looking for a vast world with varied terrain to explore may be disappointed.
"Titanfall" will hit the shelves by March 11 2014 and will be available for purchase by March 13 in Australia. The game will be available by March 14 in New Zealand.
