Tomb Raider 2 Arrives For iOS

The classic game from the 90s, "Tomb Raider II" which brings back the saga of Lara Croft has now arrived for iOS users. The first edition of the game, "Tomb Raider I" was released last year. The original game is now available at a discounted price of $1 for the holiday season. The new game app of "Tomb Raider II" was recently released by Square Enix on Apple App Store with a price tag of $2.

The wonderful classic game is an adventurous journey of Lara Croft who is searching for the Dagger of Xian which is filled the mysterious power of dragon. However, her quest is not easy as there are other characters in the game such as the Warrior Monks, Yetis and more who are also looking for the powerful dagger plot against her. The game is set in the marvelous locations of Tibet, China and Venice, Italy.

Players can enjoy the game by thwarting the enemies with different kinds of arms such grenade launcher, harpoon gun, M16 rifle and more. It has more than fifty achievements that can be unlocked while playing it. While on quest, players can make use of various kinds of vehicles such as motorboats, quad bikes, snowmobiles and more

PhoneArena claims that the "Tomb Raider 2", a game belonging to the era of 90s is very different from the modern games which come with features like self-regenerating health and pointers to show the players where they need to go. In Tomb Raider 2 if players want to head on to the next level, they will have to actually make efforts to search for it.

"Tomb Raider II" is optimized for newer devices like the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5 and other iDevices that has iOS 7.0 or later. The size of the game is 307 MB and is available in different languages like English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese and Spanish. As of now, the game is not available on Google Play Store for Android devices.
