What Else Can You Expect at MWC?
Android 4.4 KitKat is likely the operating system running the Xperia Z2 with all new Xperia home launcher and supported by at least 2 GB of RAM to bring smooth response. Aside from that, here are other things we should look forward on the upcoming Sony's pride to match HTC One M8 and Samsung Galaxy S5.
1. Xenon flash: Early rumours on its former name "Avatar" stated the Xperia Z2 Sirius may feature Xenon flash instead of LED to provide better quality under low-light scene and less blurry images. Due to the 3,700 mAh battery, featuring Xenon flash may not be a problem at all.
2. Wireless charging for 1 hour: According to Nikkei via SonyRumors.net, Sony is developing new ways to easily charge new Xperia devices wirelessly for 1 hour only instead of the regular 3 to 4 hours.
3. IGZO screen display: This is something really expected to be featured on the Xperia Z2 that brings all-new viewing experience on the display screen with battery saving capabilities.
4. New camera modes: Certain Xperia phones just got updated to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and it includes Sony Social camera update. The Xperia Z2 will likely feature exclusive camera features that Xperia Z1 didn't have.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Sirius is expected to reach Verizon Wireless as a new home in the United States, according to EVleaks. Currently, Sony products are exclusive in T-Mobile but with the company's new resolve to expand its market, the market will see more territories to be supported with Xperia devices soon.
