‘Transformers’ Take On DC And Marvel Characters In New Mashup Video
The evil Decepticons from the “Transformers” movies are the new enemy that superheroes from DC and Marvel face in a fan-made video. The one object that connects the different franchises in the video is the Tesseract, an energy source that featured in the “Avengers” movie.
A new fan-made video has put together scenes from Marvel movies and the “Transformers” movies. The video has been posted by Alex Luthor on the popular social media website YouTube. Fans of the superhero movies were excited with the new video and debated about the different franchises in the comments section of the video.
The trailer connects the Tesseract from the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the “Transformers” movies. The object is a bright blue-coloured cube that the heroes and villains in the movies try to acquire.
The video begins with the voice of Anthony Hopkins as Odin. He talks about the Tesseract being a relic that predates the universe. Nick Fury also talks about the object as something that is found both in legend as well as in history.
The Decepticons from the “Transformers” movies are seen to be looking for the Tesseract. The aliens are the new threat to the world that superheroes like Batman and Superman and the superheroes from the “Avengers” franchise will have to face.
The video shows a conversation between Superman and the leader of the Decepticons. There are also action sequences that show Superman fighting the Decepticons. The protagonist of “Transformers,” Optimus Prime, joins the battle later in order to help the overwhelmed superheroes.
Batman, Ironman, the Flash, Spiderman, Hulk and Thor are all seen battling the Decepticons. Rocket Raccoon and Star Lord, characters from the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie, are also seen joining the battle. Chris Pratt can be seen telling a joke from his movie, for comic relief, in the middle of all the action in the video. The Green Lantern and Hawkeye also feature in the video.
The superheroes from DC and the Marvel Cinematic Universe are finally able to destroy the enemy from the “Transformers” franchise. Many of the fans made recommendations on what the next video should be about in the comments section of the video.
