Ubisoft releases 'Assassin's Creed Syndicate' PC launch trailer
The acclaimed “Assassin’s Creed Syndictae” comes out on PC today, and Ubisoft has decided to celebrate the occasion with a brand new launch trailer. The new video is specifically intended for the PC version and is completely different from the launch trailer that came out for the PS4 and Xbox One.
Interestingly enough, different Ubisoft teams developed the console and PC versions of “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.” Ubisoft Quebec worked on the console version of “Syndicate,” while the Ukraine-based Ubisoft Kiev worked on the version for Windows PC.
Twinfinite noted that the beginning of the video is quick to show the praise that the game's console version has received. After that, players get to see Jacob and Evie Frye in action, taking on various foes, whether it’s through stealth or melee combat.
The diversity between the Frye twins is one of the reasons the game has received praise, as it added some variety to the almost annual gaming franchise. Evie is quicker and relies on stealth, while Jacob prefers to get up close to the enemy and let his fist do the talking.
Historical figures have always been an important part of the “Assassin’s Creed” lore, and “Syndicate” is no exception. Players will encounter the likes of Charles Dickens, Charles Darwin and even Queen Victoria as they do various missions for these legendary figures in history.
GameSpot has listed down the recommended settings for the PC version of the game. The preferred OS for computers are either Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or the recently released Windows 10. The game will also take 50 GB of computer space, so PC users better delete or transfer their files before slitting some throats in “Syndicate.”
The developers also recommend a video card of at least 3 GB of VRAM if they want to play “Syndicate” in glorious HD. While the developers encourage players to fiddle with advanced options, they also recommend that gamers check out the VRAM meter usage.
“Assassin’s Creed Sydicate” is now available on PC. The game is also available on the PS4 and Xbox One. Fans who finish the game can purchase the season pass and play extra missions.
