The CW network has officially released the synopsis of upcoming Episode 6 of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 with the title "Handle With Care." It appears a battle between ex-lovers Silas (Paul Wesley) and Tessa (Janina Gavankar) will go down in this episode scheduled to air on Thursday night, November 7.

The official episode synopsis reads: "INDESTRUCTIBLE - Silas (Paul Wesley) happily announces his new goal to Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev), but they are skeptical when he promises to accomplish one important task in return for their help.

"Tessa (guest star Janina Gavankar) confidently tells Stefan (Paul Wesley) about her next move, then realizes that Silas has managed to outsmart her. A desperate Katherine (Nina Dobrev) discovers a new and unexpected consequence of becoming human again, and realizes she needs a new place to stay."

"In exchange for a spot in the dorm room, she offers to show Caroline (Candice Accola) how to get answers from Dr. Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett). Bonnie (Kat Graham) is touched by Jeremy's (Steven R. McQueen) strength and determination to stand by her. Finally, Damon is stunned when he figures out the secret to Tessa's plan."

One promo video for Episode 5 "Monster's Ball" showed Damon Salvatore wanting to "work with Silas" in order to bring witch friend Bonnie Bennett back to life. However, it appears Silas has bigger plans to get done in the upcoming episode as well as giving Damon and Elena something in return for their help.

Furthermore, TVD fans will be seeing more of Katherine Pierce still struggling with the fact that she has been completely transformed into a human being. "She might even be moving out of the Salvatore mansion and heading to Whitmore College - which means we'll see Caroline bond with her bestie's doppelganger," the WetPaint report reads, teasing the excited viewers on what happens next.

A set of "The Vampire Diaries" promotional images has been released as well and they mostly show characters Caroline (Candice Accola) and Katherine (Nina Dobrev) interacting with TVD's new face Dr. Maxfield (Rick Cosnett). Check out the images here.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 5 airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. on the CW network.
