We had already reported about the leaked images of Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo in September and now new images have cropped up. This time around, there are a couple of live photos of the black coloured Motorola Droid Turbo handset along with its specs.

The leaked live photos are available with AndroidSpin. One of the photos clearly shows the hardware information of Motorola Droid Turbo which includes a quad HD display resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels screen, 32 GB internal storage and 3 GB RAM.

According to our previous Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo report, the handset features a 5.2-inch display screen. It is driven by Snapdragon 805 chipset which includes a 2.6 GHz quad-core processor along with Adreno 420 graphics.

GSMArena adds on to the Motorola Droid Turbo specifications by stating that it has a 21 MP primary camera with dual-LED flash. The leaked screenshot shows that the handset features a round camera and the front-facing camera is placed at the center above the display. The leaked snapshots also indicate that the handset will come preloaded with Android 4.4.4 KitKat. It is packed with a huge battery of 3900 mAh capacity.

The Motorola Droid Turbo is going to launch officially on Oct. 28. The dedicated DROID DOES page for the handset shows a countdown timer which now shows 3 days remaining. The image on the page reads 'Droid launch date set. All will be revealed.' Since the webpage is available on Verizon Wireless website, ChristianToday states that the Droid Turbo would probably arrive with Verizon on the said date.

Motorola was going through a struggling phase and it was only when the Moto X arrived last year after the company was acquired by Google, it managed to rise up. The Moto G and Moto E that arrived last year allowed Motorola to become serious threat to major brands in the mid-range smartphone category. The recently announced Moto X and Moto G are doing quite well in the market. Motorola has now partnered with Google to roll out the Google Nexus 6 phablet which has monstrous specifications
