"World of Warcraft" ("WoW") has unveiled another hotfixes update for the new 6.2.2a Patch. These contain information on the issues that have been resolved in the game, such as the Hellfire Citadel and the Heirloom Hoarder issues. There’s also a 50% discount for the Grinning Reaver mount until Sept. 22. And, the Draenor Dungeons Bonus Event which started on Wednesday, will last until Sept. 21.

'World Of Warcraft' 6.2 Patch Hotfixes Update

Battle.net reports that the hotfixes for the "World of Warcraft" 6.2.2a Patch were released Tuesday. They include information about the Ashran Player vs. Player (PvP), Shadowfel Burst and the Mercenary Mode.

1. PvP:

a. Ashran: “WoW” players who are riding a multi-passenger mount while heading for Ashran are now placed into the right phase.

b. Mercenary Mode: Some mages who fought for the opposite faction as a mercenary still retained the ability to use the teleport spells of the opposing faction. This issue has already been resolved.

2. Heirloom Hoarder Achievement: After this particular achievement is completed, players of the game weren’t getting the Chauffeured Chopper. This issue has been fixed.

3. Raids and Dungeons

a. Hellfire Citadel (Archimonde):

  • Shadowfel Burst : This doesn’t require line-of-sight anymore to knock players up into the air or to deal damage.

These hotfixes don’t require a new client-side patch. Some hotfixes mentioned above will take effect as soon as they were implemented. However other hotfixes may need realm restarts before the changes in the game are seen. While a new client-side patch isn’t required, some issues cannot be addressed without an update of the client-side patch.

In other “Warcraft” news, there will be a 50% off on the regular price of the Grinning Reaver mount until 11:59 pm PDT on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The Grinning Reaver is available for only $12.50 at the Battle.net shop. The original price of this mount is $25.

Also, there will be a Draenor Dungeons Bonus Event until Monday, Sept. 21. Watch out for the Emissary of War event-only quest. This is available in each player’s Garrison. Once completed, it will reward players with an Iron Fleet Treasure Chest which contains one Hellfire Citadel Heroic quality item.
