Samsung Galaxy S5 release date may come soon. But waiting for it may not be worthy as rumors suggested that Samsung will launch a new premium line - Galaxy F.

Samsung Galaxy S5 release date may happen early this year and will be packed with a metal casing. Many consumers are wishing that the S5 will be housed in a metallic case and this may come true.

According to ETNews, the metallic prototype of the device was developed in Europe and then moved to Vietnam for mass production. This coincides with previous reports that Samsung was starting a production line in Vietnam for the metal chassis of Samsung Galaxy S5.

The report continued that Samsung will also launch a much more premium line of smartphones - Galaxy F. The launch will take place after the announcement of Galaxy S5. The concrete details, except for the metal casing, are still unknown.

Previous reports claimed Samsung Galaxy S5 will arrive early this year either at the Consumer Electronics Show in January or at the Mobile World Congress in February. Other reports noted Samsung will launch the device in April, a year after Galaxy S4 was announced. This could mean that we can expect the announcement of Galaxy F line around June or July.

If rumors were true, Galaxy F is expected far more superior to Samsung Galaxy S5, decreasing the excitement for those waiting for the S5.

Reports said Samsung is already working on a qHD screen displays with 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution. This feature will most probably land in Samsung Galaxy S5. The company has also confirmed that the device will pack a 64-bit Exynos octa core processor. Other features that consumers can expect to come to the Samsung Galaxy S5 are 16 MP ISOCELL back camera and 4 MP front facing camera, Adreno 330 GPU, Iris scanner and longer battery life.
