Windows Phone 8.1 New Build Spotted in Benchmark Testing; Lumia Cyan Update With WP 8.1 Rollout Commences
A new build of Windows Phone 8.1 has been spotted in a benchmark testing site named WPBench. The build number 8.10.14130 for Windows Phone 8.1 is the new OS version in focus.
The build number pertaining to General Distribution Release 3 (GDR3) version of Windows Phone 8 is 8.0.10532 and the developer preview version of Windows Phone 8.1 is 8.10.12397, according to Phone Arena.
The new update with build number 8.10.14130 is set to roll out in August. Essential feature and enhancement include "double height live tiles" and "native folders."
Also, the latest update is available to the users who have registered with Microsoft as a Windows Phone developer. Nokia Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 come pre-installed with this Windows Phone 8.1 update.

During the Build Developer Conference 2014, Microsoft confirmed the Lumia series of smartphones running on Windows Phone 8 would receive Lumia Cyan Update over-the-air (OTA). Lumia Cyan update clubs both Windows Phone 8.1 and Lumia features into one comprehensive update.
The update consists of improvements to Bluetooth 4.0 LE support, and display controls, among others. At the same time, a brand new Storyteller app named Creative Studio has been introduced. This app can be used to share video slideshows on social networking sites.
According to WPCentral, the update will be rolled out in stages. Specifically, Lumia Cyan update has begun rolling out in Thailand, while India is next in-line with the roll out date slated for second week of July.
Lumia Cyan Update with Windows Phone 8.1 in tow will come with a build version of 8.10.12397.895. Also, it has already been rolled out as a pilot update in regions like Spain and Finland.
