In anticipation for this year’s wrestling simulator, 2K Games has released two new entrances from “WWE 2K16.” The entrances are for two incredibly popular superstars in the WWE universe: Daniel Bryan and Dean Ambrose, who both received updated character models that should please the most hardcore WWE fan.

Ambrose now sports his current roster look, which is reminiscent of a 1980s action hero. The “Lunatic Fringe” has his signature jacket and white tank top, with taped fists ready to punch someone like Bruce Willis did in “Die Hard.” However, according to What Culture, the developers may have made him look too much like an action hero, with the model looking a bit more muscular than the superstar in real life.

Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan's character model is reportedly near perfect. The “WWE 2K16” version of the wrestler features his grown hair and the tee that he last wore before he got injured. Some may complain that his entrance is exactly the same as the one in last year’s game, but this is reportedly because he hasn’t changed his routine since the last time he wrestled.

Speaking of last year’s game, the overall reaction to “WWE 2K15” was decent but somewhat disappointing. While many were pleased with the game’s graphics and slower grapple system, the lack of match types and limited options in create-a-wrestler left fans disappointed.

The developers have listened to such criticisms, which is why one of their first goals for “WWE 2K16” was to bring back what the fans missed about the franchise. This year’s game will let players create arenas and divas and will also bring back match options to add variety to the gameplay.

However, the developers didn’t just work on bringing some of the old elements back to the game. According to a report by GameSpot, the reversal system was revamped to add more strategy to the game. Now that the reversals are limited, players will have to be more strategic with how they pace their matches.

“WWE 2K16” will hit stores on Oct. 27 and will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The title will have the largest roster ever seen in a WWE game as well as a showcase mode dedicated to the career of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. The downloadable content, or DLC, hasn’t been announced yet, but a season pass has already been unveiled.
