Genoa City will be on full Christmas mode this week, as characters in “The Young and the Restless” embrace the holiday spirit, except for Victor (Eric Braeden). Spoilers indicate that instead of enjoying the season, he will choose to work and make his family do the same.

The show will also feature Victoria (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Burgess Jenkins), Adam (Justin Hartley), Sharon (Sharon Case), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Jill (Jess Walton), Lily (Christel Khalil), Cane (Daniel Goddard), Traci (Beth Maitland), Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) in its upcoming episodes from December 22 to 25 (Monday to Friday). [Spoiler Alert!]

We Love Soaps reports that in "Young and Restless" on Tuesday, Victor will be put in a tight spot as he has to make a difficult decision. Victoria, meanwhile, will mull over reconnecting with Billy, while Adam and Sharon will have their share of a reunion.

Characters will imbibe the Christmas spirit on Wednesday, as Nikki pulls out all the stops to keep the holiday cheer alive. Elsewhere, Jill will reach out to Victoria, and Lily makes a request to Cane about coming home.

Thursday’s episode will focus on Victor as he will have a change of heart. Traci, meanwhile, will return home in time for Christmas. Devon and Hilary will also get past a critical point.

On Friday, CBS will air an encore of last year’s December 25 episode. The show also hinted that there will be an unexpected event, which will evoke the Christmas spirit.

According to Soap She Knows, Nikki will bicker with Victor for making Abby, Victoria and Noah work during the holidays. Accused as a Scrooge, Victor will tell Nikki that he plans to spend Christmas by rebuilding the company. Nikki will leave after their argument, and Adam will see Victor alone. Victor will share with him his discussions with Nikki and will tell Adam that he can go too. Victor says that he can rebuild the company by himself like what he did before. Adam replies, “You’re running yourself into the ground, young man.”

The episode previews for this week are already available on the YouTube channel and official website of the long-running soap opera from CBS. The sneak peek photos from the official website of the show are also available now.

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS.
