Zac Efron & Taylor Swift to Show 'Together' on 'Ellen'?
So are they together or not? With rumors going around about a fancy dinner date and something about showing up "together" on the Ellen show, it isn't too difficult to speculate and read more than what it written between the lines.
Rumors about a relationship between the two first broke out when Swift was spotted having a "deep conversation" with hunky actor, Zac Efron. Both were "very giggly" enjoying their dinner at the L.A. Italian eatery last.
Though this was not the first time these two were spotted casually flirting with each other. Back in 2009 after the split between Zac Efron and then-girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, Efron called the country crooner a "lovely girl" who was indeed "very beautiful."
If that didn't raise a few eyebrows then Taylor Swift's answer was an equally interesting and caused a stir about the two of them dating in real life. December of 2010, following the split between Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal, the singer called Efron "an all-around amazing guy."
As much as their fans want these two to hit off, the "Zaylor" duo won't likely happen because they've been friends for quite a while to even bother jumping on an even more serious relationship. How do they explain their dinner date then? An insider reveals that the dinner wasn't as intimate as the press say it was.
"They were in LA doing press stuff together, and after they were done, they decided to grab dinner," shared an insider.
Both Taylor Swift and Zac Efron are stars in the highly-anticipated film, "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax". This would also explain why the two of them will be appearing together on Ellen DeGeneres' show on February 21.
Yet, a few fans are still hoping that Ellen might be able to crack more details about Swift and Efron's onscreen and off-screen relationship.
"We all know Ellen DeGeneres is amazing at disarming people with her charm, so we have hope she'll get to the bottom of Taylor, 22, and 24-year-old Zac's relationship status," shares Hollywood Life.
Their movie, "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" will be out in cinemas by March 2 which means fans of the "Zaylor" duo might get their dream of an onscreen love affair as they so wished.
