ZTE is working on a new smartphone with bezel-less screen. The Nubia series of handsets are premium smartphones from the popular Chinese phone manufacturer called ZTE. Recently, a leaked image of what seems to be a Nubia handset has surfaced.

According to GSMArena, ZTE may be working on a smarpthone that may come in the market as Nubia N9. The previous handsets that belong to the Nubia family came out with names like Nubia Z5 and Nubia N7. By looking at the leaked image of Nubia Z9, it is very evident that the bezels present on the left and right side of the screen are extremely thin.

On the leaked photo, one can clearly see a Home button with a very distinct red coloured circle around it. This is a trademark featuer which can be seen on all the smartphones that belong to the Nubia family from ZTE. This makes it very evident that the forthcoming hansdet from the Chinese manufacturer is Nubia Z9

PhoneArena states that the undisclosed Nubia handset will be a flagship model from the Chinese manufacturer. The handset is rumoured to feature Snapdragon 805 chipset along with3 GB of RAM.

The alleged Nubia Z9's display supports full HD resolution; the size of the display is 5.3 inches. According to Android Headlines, the Nubia Z9 will feature a camera with optical image stabilization feature.

Android Headlines states that a smartphone with no bezels sparks up several questions. It will be quite difficult to hold a bezel-less handset. The source hopes that ZTE is aware of such fact and would do something about prevention of "accidental touches." The device is said to be narrower than the iPhone 4S, which has a slim body of 9.3 mm.

The Nubia Z9 is expected to launch by the end of 2014, claims GSMArena. As of now, other details of the speculated handset are not known. In the near future, concrete details on the precise specifications and pricing should be revealed soon.
