Samsung released their latest Galaxy S flagship Android smartphone and dubbed as the next iPhone killer. The Korean tech giant focused all their efforts to create this new device with new features such as Air View, Smart Pause and the S Health. However, there are more features undiscovered before and now unveiled for upcoming owners.

1. Gorilla Glass 3
Galaxy S4 is the first to use the new Gorilla Glass 3 by Corning and it is supposedly to give three times more resistance against scratches, equipping Galaxy S4 with more protection.

2. Hyper Sensitive
Even though its screen utilises Gorilla Glass 3, Samsung made the Galaxy S4 very sensitive to touch, including using an old pen or fingers with gloves on.

3. New Top Sensors
The gyroscope, accelerometer, and light sensor are just basic sensors included in the Galaxy S4. On top of those, the device has a complete battery of other sensors such as a barometer which measures atmospheric pressure and temperature, and humidity sensors. The three sensors can help you determine the air quality around you using Galaxy S4.

4. 1 Gigabyte per second Bandwidth
Samsung Galaxy S4 supports 802.11ac 5th generation Wi-Fi standard which theoretically can have gigabits speed compared to the 4th generation with a maximum of 450MB per second.

5. MHL 2.0 Support
MHL standard is now present on most smartphones available in stores. Galaxy S4 is the first device implemented with the second version, MHL 2.0 standard. The image loading time on your TV screen will be twice faster than before.

6. Exynos 5 Octa Chipset
Galaxy S4 has the new audio chipset, the Exynos 5 Octa and also carries a Wolfson WM5102 audio chipset for unmatched audio fidelity. The device is designed for fast processing and delivering great audio output.

7. Swiftkey
The partnership between Samsung and Swiftkey made the most famous of all typing apps for Android its default keyboard. Owners will not only love the speed of the keys but expect the most intelligent on sentence creation.

8. Trip Advisory
Trip-planning apps are very important for businessmen or travellers in setting up reservations, hotel inquiry, location reviews, and more. Trip Advisory is now available natively on Galaxy S4 and it features new interface plus special goodies.

9. Emergency Snap Shots
Safety assistance option is now a part of Galaxy S4 features, and it is mainly used during emergency. You can use the device to take photos using the front and rear camera simultaneously with this feature and send them to your predefined emergency contact numbers. 10. Mobeam on Galaxy S4
The California-based start-up specialised on barcodes and the cool things, Mobeam is natively featured on Galaxy S4. Users can transmit standard barcodes to pay machines using light impulse technology. This is a very useful feature for centralising coupons or fidelity cards.
