The girls are forced to work overtime in order to help pay off their loan at the bank.
"And The Zero Tolerance" is directed by Fred Savage and written by Michael Patrick King. Guest stars of the episode include Krystal Harris (Naomi), B.J. Clinkscales (Guy Customer) and Sandra Bernhard (Joe, the Restaurant Owner). The Internet Movie Database, or IMDb also reports that Shantel Wislawski (Allie) and Patrick Cox (John) will make an appearance in this episode.

CBS reports that the show has been renewed and will return on CBS from 2015-2016 for its fifth season. Its fourth season has been performing well, with an average of 9.58 million viewers.
