Samsung has finally lifted the curtains to its much-awaited and much-rumoured device, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Pretty much all the announced and rumoured features can be expected to release in the device, something that fans would be very happy to hear.

To recap these features, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 sports a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display, the choice of 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 or 1.9GHz Exynos Octa CPU, 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization, 3GB of RAM (which is a pleasant surprise), and 3200 mAh battery. The device will be offered in three colours black, white, and pink, as mentioned previously.

Design-wise the latest rumour was also true, as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 ditched the rounded edges for a more defined square-ish look, proving the latest rumour before the reveal to be true.

But as for the surprising three features that it now possesses, the S Pen has become more of a forerunner for this device, allowing the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to take pride in its name even more.

According to Engadget, a notable feature that is new in the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's S Pen is the Pen Window as it can easily get you to another app while one is running onscreen.

The Action Memo command executes your any reminder into a future action, the example given in the report being the ability to call a number that you have scribbled in your Samsung Galaxy Note 3, to avoid copying it to your contacts list, if you're in a hurry.

Beyond the S Pen, Mashable adds that another feature that is very new and can be useful in the long run is the Multi-Vision, where you can combine a number of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 devices to form one big image. The last seems to still be a gimmicky feature, but Samsung may have something in mind for it.

The only thing that has not yet been properly revealed for the public is the price that it will be selling for in the U.S. market, but expect Samsung to release the information in the coming days, potentially at the IFA Berlin.

Best of all, the Korean company has already unveiled the release date of the device, September 25, when another newly unveiled device will also make its public release. But it will come at a later date to the U.S. market, with October as the foreseen date of retail.

Galaxy Gear: Puts the meaning of Smart in a watch

Coming to retail together this year before the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, the Samsung Galaxy Gear reportedly has unique features that make it more than the health tracker it was pegged to be.

For starters the easy notifications and updates that sync with your Samsung Galaxy device makes it an already useful technology. According to The New York Times, once you click on a notification on your watch, the message or email will automatically pull up on your Galaxy device's screen.

A second notable feature points you to the 1.9-megapixel camera, which bears the Memographer software. This way, you not only get to take photos, but also translate foreign language signs and have access to other augmented reality commands.

Lastly, the Galaxy Gear has a myriad of built-in microphones, which are sensitive enough for you to talk into, in the same fashion you would see in spy movies. But, according to NBC News, what is valuable is that these voice commands let you do a lot of things from drafting messages to setting alarms.

Galaxy Note 10.1: Even better than last year

The newest tablet from Samsung will not roll out until 2014, but it is something to look forward to in its class. Latest additions to the device are the 8-core Octa chip at 1.9GHz and the 3GB of RAM.

Considering that a tablet is the closest thing that you can assimilate to a laptop where you can conduct your work, the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 2014 edition would be a marvel for those who live on the call of multitasking.

Like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it has the Multi Window, so you can easily run a number of apps and drag and drop content and information that you are working on between the apps, according to The Verge.

It is also a device to be considered as your all-in-one hub, as the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition will have a slew of applications and software that have additional content, useful connectivity, and a space for creativity, making it an ideal workstation on the go for the busybodies.

Lastly, BGR reports of the Samsung KNOX, which is the protection system that comes with the new tablet. The Samsung KNOX is said to give you extra protection against phishing and hacking attacks, in the event that the device is stolen. This mean that there will be a separate area where you can store these important files, so they will remain inaccessible despite the hacking.
