Alcatel OneTouch announces to display its first Windows 10 tablet at CES
Tech giants around the world will showcase few of their best gadgets at the international Consumer Electronics Show starting Jan.6 in Las Vegas. At the consumer electronics show, Alcatel OneTouch will bring in its first ever slate running Windows 10 Mobile operating system.
The company announced the 8-inch tablet, named PIXI 3 which can be fully customised through Color Skins and Flip Stand covers. Alcatel OneTouch also assures to incorporate TV remote control, voice-call enablement, GPS and front and rear cameras in the device. However, the company is yet to officially announce the price and availability of the device.
Alongside, Alcatel OneTouch introduced the brand new members of the PIXI 4 family which will offer some of the best designs and features in the entry level market. The new range includes two 3.5-inch and 4-inch smartphones, a 6-inch phablet and a 7-inch tablet.
The company promises to offer a “comprehensive user experience in design, audio, camera and battery life.” In a press note, Alcatel OneTouch has designated these devices as “premium entry-level devices.”
Alcatel OneTouch will also showcase its GPS tracking CareTime Children’s Watch at the largest trade show in the world. Through the watch, parents can reach out to their children via voice messages and children can also reply to 10 pre-set contacts or make calls up to 5 registered numbers, reports Android Headlines.
The built-in GPS of the watch will enable parents to track their child’s location. They can also pres-set locational boundaries for their children to keep a tab.
