Amy Winehouse's last song recorded with Tony Bennett before her untimely death will be released next month and all proceeds will go to charity, an announcement said.

A new song from the late Amy Winehouse will be realeased next month, and according to sources, all proceeds will go to charity. "Body And Soul", the song Winehouse recorded with Tony Bennett in the historical Abbey Road studios last month, will be released earlier than planned. "What's going to happen is that we're putting that (Body And soul) out ahead of the album. And it's going to a foundation that her father started - to teach all the young children not to take drugs, and all the royalties of the record will go to that" says legendary musician Tony Bennett in a report posted by Metro.co.uk.

Bennett adds that the song was the last record Amy Winehouse made. "That's right, that (it) was the last record she made. It was great. She sang beautifully" adds Bennett in the same Metro post. The song will be out on September 20, which will be included in Bennett's upcoming album Duets II. Duets II is the second installments of collaborations and duets Bennett made with other artists. Other collaborators for Duets II include Mariah Carey, Michael Buble, Carrie Underwood, John Mayer, Lady Gaga, Queen Latifah, Natalie Cole and Aretha Franklin.

Earlier this week, updates on the new Amy Winehouse album (which will be released posthumously) were released, saying that it has a sort of "reggae" feel. Producer Salaam Remi apparently took Winehouse to Jamaica last year for a "working trip", where the singer obviously felt enamored towards the country's official sound. Remi says the album is still "working progress" and a release date for the record has not been confirmed.
