The rolled out Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update for Sony Xperia Z1 series of handsets reportedly comes with the build number 14.5.A.0.242. The software package includes the new Material Design, Lock Screen notifications and 64-bit ART runtime compiler, which helps in opening the apps faster. In addition, there is also a new "Recent Apps" screen and Project Volta for prolonged battery life, Phone Arena notes.
