Apple iPhone 7 Will Arrive With Very Premium Build, Edge-to-Edge Display, A9 14nm Processor And More
Apple is popular for building smartphones with premium appeal. Even though the expected iPhone 7 release date is around five months away, a lot of things is being said on the anticipated design and features on various tech sites. As of this writing, Apple has not spoken anything on the successor models for the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, but rumours claims that this year too, the Cupertino company will be rolling the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus.
Build Quality
According to Mac Rumors, early rumours hint to the fact that the iPhone 7 will be housing a premium aluminum known as the 7000 series on its exterior. It is the very same aluminum that is available Sport editin of Apple Watch. Hence, it will be sporting a premium appeal. Moreover, the exterior will be flanked with zirconia beads that will safeguard the device from scratches and corrosions.
Edge-to-Edge Display
According to Tweak Down, the iPhone 7 will be built to take on the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. By citing its industry sources, it adds that the iPhone 7 will come with an edge-to-edge display. It is expected to support 1080 pixel resolution.
Apple A9 Processor
The iPhone 7 will be powered by Apple A9 processor and it will be built with 14 nm FinFET technology by Samsung. Tweak Down claims that Apple A9 will be a very fast dual or quad-core processor. Previous rumours indicate that it will house a 2 GB of RAM, reports the International Business Times.
Dual-Lens Camera
On the iPhone 7, Apple is also speculated to feature a dual-lens camera system. It will allow users to snap DSLR quality images.
USB Type-C Port
The new 12-inch MacBook 2015 comes with only one USB Type-C connector. The same is expected to arrive on the iPhone 7.
In the previous year, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus were unveiled in September. At that time, Samsung had released the Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note Edge. Rumours of the Galaxy Note 5 have already started and even it is expected to release in the coming September. Hence, both the brands are expected to enter fierce battle against each other later this year.
