English Premiership title challenger Arsenal are reported to be moving their sights away from Madrid and toward Catalonia in their continuing search for a decent reinforcement in their attacking third.

Reports in Spain suggest that FC Barcelona forward Cristian Tello would be a viable option for the north Londoners after Real Madrid have earlier closed their doors to a possible Alvaro Morata deal.

Wenger confirmed Real's statement on Friday stating that Arsenal are "not in talks" concerning anyone with the Los Blancos.

Tello's numbers are not, at all, prolific this season - scoring only once and assisting twice in all competitions. But, these stats can well be attributed to his limited participation in Barca's first-team.

The 22-year-old has proven that if he is given the right amount of opportunities, he can thrive even in the one of the best teams in the world like Barcelona, which was evident during the 2012/13 season, wherein he recorded 8 goals and 5 assists for the La Liga giants.

The underrated but extremely talented Spanish international is reported to be worth around £10.5 million, should Arsenal try to pursue this rumoured case.
