Saint-Etienne centre-back Kurt Zouma might see himself head to London as his agent hints an interest from Premier League contenders Chelsea.

The Blues, who has one of the most decent back lines in England's top-flight, are currently tied with Everton for the conceding the second-fewest goals in the League, with 19, just a single goal behind another title rival Arsenal.

But, Jose Mourinho is looking to inject fresh blood in the ageing defending-third to sustain its form in the foreseeable future.

"Of course he wouldn't mind moving to the Premier League, hopefully to Chelsea, where he could work with Jose Mourinho or to Monaco in Ligue 1," Zouma's agent, David Venditelli, was quoted telling local French newspaper L'Equipe.

"There were other sides interested, such as Newcastle, but now it's a three-horse race," he added, referring to the hunt that also involves Italian club Inter Milan.

The imposing 19-year-old has yet to receive a cap from the French senior squad, but has, at least, already been called-up by France manager Didier Deschamps, who sees the young star as a future captain for his country.
