Batman: Arkham Origins Clues to Rocksteady Sequel; Injustice: Gods Among Us Gets New iOS Characters and Skins
After the fairly great reception of "Batman: Arkham Origins" despite the very big bet of releasing the well-loved franchise after it was handled by a new studio other than the one that has handled the game's acclaimed predecessors, now the "Batman: Arkham" game may go back to its original developers for a 2014 release.
Rumours have started to abound that Rocksteady will be taking back the reins in the development of another "Batman: Arkham" game in the series, though not a lot of details have been leaked as to what can be expected of the story.
However, clues pointing to the fact that this "Batman: Arkham" game slated to be released in 2014 is, in fact, another Rocksteady title have surfaced. In addition, these clues concretise more the facts that, yes, the "Batman: Arkham" series seems to be turning into an annual release.

Another clue that has cropped up in relation to the "Batman: Arkham Origins" comes from Comicbook Resources, which notes that a voice actor has already hinted that another Batman game is already in the works.
"Confusion in Dallas! I am in new ARKHAM GAME coming soon, NOT ARKHAM ORIGINS coming this fall," stated Kevin Conroy on his Twitter account.
The Twitter account has been verified, and after the appearance of the leak was first reported, the tweet was deleted by the account owner, which can be following what most leaks from voice actors in upcoming games are like.
Lastly, there has also been news of Rocksteady having a lot of agency job postings for people who can work on what is now touted to be one of the most successful games of 2014, according to Kotaku. This can hint not only the possibility of the "Batman: Origins" sequel but also a release date of 2014.

New Characters Land on 'Injustice: Gods Among Us' iOS
Though "Man of Steel" has come and gone in theaters, "Injustice: Gods Among Us" has just welcomed in a few new characters in the iOS port of the game.
NetherRealm Studios and DC/WB has introduced the "Man of Steel" booster pack, which ushers in two new characters from Zack Snyder's movie. Wasduk reports that the booster pack contains Superman and General Zod, both of which looking like Henry Cavill and Michael Shannon who played the roles, respectively.

As playable characters, "Man of Steel" Superman and General Zod have special abilities. Superman here has 30 per cent chance to avoid using any power when doing his special move. As for General Zod, players have the Kryptonian Battle Armor, which gives him a 20 per cent protection from the damages of special attacks.

Repeatable Challenges and 'Man of Steel' Skins
Making the game more interesting, NetherRealm Studios has also introduced super skins and repeatable challenges into the "Injustice: Gods Among Us" iOS port.
The skins are different from the ones that can be found in the "Man of Steel" booster pack.
More importantly, AppAdvice reports that there are also repeatable challenges, which allows gamers to play certain challenges for up to three times, upgrade characters faster and even extend their gameplay.
