Billy Ray Cyrus On Miley's Boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger's Spring Break Pictures: He Was 'Just Having Fun'
Billy Ray Cyrus has reacted to recent media reports that suggest that he is on “Patrick Schwarzenegger's side” even after photos of Miley's boyfriend hit the Internet during Spring Break with another female. The country singer and dad of pop star Miley Cyrus said he is neither on his daughter's side, nor on Schwarzenegger's side. In a previous interview, Billy had called Schwarzenegger as a “good boy.”
Billy defended the college student boyfriend of his daughter in a recent TMZ interview. The website asked him to react on Schwarzenegger's latest trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where he was pictured getting intimate with his ex-girlfriend. "He had fun," Billy is quoted as saying by TMZ. "He's a good boy," the country singer added.
TMZ posted the video with a headline, “Billy Ray Cyrus: I'm On Patrick's Side.” The website also added that the comment from “Achy Breaky Heart” singer meant that “Miley has forgiven her BF and all is well.” The country singer took to Twitter to mention that he is on no one's side. “I aint "choosin sides " "team this or that". There's no sides to choose. We're all good. Yeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaw !” Billy wrote on Twitter reacting to the story.
Schwarzenegger was reportedly “heartbroken" after the pictures of him with his ex-girlfriend were splashed over the media. He even went to Twitter to express his feelings and said he would “NEVER do anything against my GF.....". Schwarzenegger also added that it is common for girls to “have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls..."
However, all is well between Miley and Schwarzenegger after the controversial pictures. Miley and Patrick were spotted having a sushi dinner together in Los Angeles over the weekend. The pair was spotted hugging and kissing each other during dinner, which was followed by a frozen yogurt at a place called Pinkberry, various website reported.
