Major Nelson detailed in his blog the items that come with the game when it releases on the launch of the Xbox One, though that date is still to be announced by Microsoft.
"Dead Rising 3" features the Tribute Pack, which has outfit and perks for two characters, Frank West and Chuck Greene. PS4's 'Killzone: Shadow Fall' Gets Free DLC
The PS4 is not one to be beaten easily when it comes to the DLCs of its upcoming games, having announced recently that its highly anticipated "Killzone: Shadow Fall" will have a free downloadable DLC.
According to GameRant, this is a change of heart, not only for the "Killzone" titles but also for Sony first-party titles as a whole, as free multiplayer map DLCs were rarely given as a freebie.
But according to the developer Guerilla Games, the free DLC, this time, is given to ensure the longevity of support for the game. This announcement came after the multiplayer details were released at Gamescom, and the multiplayer map is the future enhancement for online play.
Will this free multiplayer map set the trend for the PS4? It would be a nice feature, considering that select multiplayer play will require a PS Plus subscription. Maybe this is what Sony meant when it announced the free and improved content that come with the paid subscription.
