Chris Evans found a unique way to announce that preparations for “Captain America: Civil War” have begun. The actor shared a thank you note to his long beard that he has sported for many days now. Meanwhile Frank Grillo teased his role as Crossbones in the movie.

Chris Evans plays the protagonist in the upcoming movie “Captain America: Civil War.” The actor shared this post on his official Twitter account to announce that preparations are underway to start filming for the movie. The production of the movie is set to begin in a few days.

The actor also announced that he will be shaving off his beard and thanked his beard for “braving the Boston winter” with him. He also said that he already missed his beard. The actor has always appeared with a clean shaven look for his role as the iconic superhero in the movies.

Reacting to his announcement, some his fans were happy to see Chris Evans finally get rid of the beard. Lisa Ann, who is one of his fans, pointed out that the actor looked “gorgeous either way,” while another fans said, “no I don’t wike it.”

“Captain America: Civil War” will be assembling a large number of superheroes, who will be divided into two opposing factions. Tony Stark and Steve Rogers will each emerge as the leaders of their respective factions. Their dispute begins with a different stance each superhero takes on a government bill that seeks to regulate superhero activity after the events of “Avengers 2.”

One of the characters who apparently doesn’t think too highly of superpowers is Crossbones. Frank Grillo, who is set to play the role in the upcoming movie, shared this post on his official Instagram account. The post has an image of Crossbones and a quote from the character that says “I laugh at super powers.”

Commenting on the post, many of the fans hoped that Frank Grillo will get the costume of Crossbones from the comic books in “Captain America: Civil War.” Fans appear to be particularly excited about the mask of the character that is black and white in colour and looks like a skull. The t-shirt has an “X” mark that is made to look like bones.
