DLCs for Tomb Raider, Borderlands 2, and Soul Sacrifice: How to Catch these Fiery Games
It's been a while since any new content for Tomb Raider, but the newest DLC has just made its way to the Xbox Live. The Shipwrecked Map Pack is now up for download at 320 Microsoft Points or $4.
DLCentral reports that you can get two new maps included in the purchase. These are the Lost Fleet were you'll be turning a beached ship into a battlefield, and Himiko's Cradle, where you'll be facing off with danger even in a shrine.
Two skins are also available for an additional $1 or 80 MSP. These are the Mountaineer Skin featuring a padded vest, grapples, and a harness, and Sure-Shot Skin with an archery suit, high boots, and forearm guards. Both are available as a single-player outfit.
Watch out for more details especially for the release date on the PS3.
Soul Sacrifice gets 3 free DLCs
Sony will be releasing 3 DLCs for Soul Sacrifice starting May 28th, reports EuroGamer.
The first DLC will be a pack featuring the Headless Knights and Starving Ruin Dwellers. You'll face off the two bosses, eight missions, a Berserker magic, and enjoy augmented reality.
The second will be A Drunk and a Chef pack to be released on June 11, and finally, Wild Wheels and Apparition pack will be released two weeks after on June 25. The two latter packs will also have two new bosses and eight missions each for you to enjoy.
A revealed promotional image showed that, aside from the freebies already mentioned, there are still seven bosses to be revealed. These may no longer be free, but the six teasers are obviously meant to whet a very big appetite.
Borderlands 2 lands another playable with Krieg
You may remember Krieg the Psycho who was announced in the second Borderlands 2 DLC. But starting May 14, he will become the sixth playable character with three skill trees you'll surely love to wield.
Escapist Magazine enumerates them to be Bloodlust (combo attacks using his Buzz Axe weapon), Mania (fast recharge when Krieg gets a hit), and Hellborn (you guessed it--fire starter for the enemies).
You can have Krieg into your team for $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points.
