Japan's Sony Corp is hammering out plans to rise from the ashes of nearly $10 billion lost in six years by building a future around its last consumer electronics blockbuster - the PlayStation. Sony plans to reposition the video console warhorse as a hub for a network of streamed services, according to three senior officials, offering social media, movies and music as well as games. The release date for "Driveclub" is just around the corner. And what better way to celebrate it and get all excited than with a new trailer for the title?

Sony has released a new trailer titled "All Action" where it's all about the great cars, the fast lane, and the scenery that you can admire from every angle. As the developer stated in the official trailer page, "Driveclub is about teamwork; it's about everyone fighting for one another and earning rewards together."

Check out what PS4 gamers will be playing at the start of next week, when "Driveclub" is released on Oct. 7. But if that's not enough of a hype, Jamie Brayshaw, community development manager for "Driveclub" developer Evolution Studios, has also announced the racing wheels that will be compatible with the game.

Announced over the PlayStation Blog, it appears that "Driveclub" will be supported not just by the DualShock 4 controllers, but also Thrustmaster wheels. According to the source, Evolution Studios has been working together with Thrustmasters in order to make sure that the T80 and the T300RS racing wheels are compatible and in tune with the PS4 and "Driveclub."

The developer even tested the Thrustmaster T300RS in "Driveclub" with pro racer Sebastian Loeb. Brayshaw also assured fans that they will continue to add support for other racing wheels, so long as they become compatible with the PS4.

As for the other Xbox exclusive driving game, "Forza Horizon 2," there may be a bug that early adopters of the Xbox One system update may encounter. Fans who have already been playing "Forza Horizon 2" have found a glitch that freezes the game.

DualShockers reports that the glitch has other symptoms, such as the music going on loop and the road becoming invisible from under the cars. At first, the explanation that was given attributed to the Xbox One's memory, where the fast-paced gameplay of "Forza Horizon 2" becomes harder to manage with a clogged memory.

The best solution so far is to go on full resets, meaning unplugging the power cord instead of just putting it on standby. However, an update from the source states that the issue has something to do with Xbox One units that have the preview update downloaded on them.

This could mean that if you have opted to try the preview of the October Xbox One system update, there may be a bigger chance that the bug has affected your device. For now, Microsoft has promised to create a fix for the bug as soon as possible.
