Some users can't stop improving and upgrading Android devices for more power, latest apps, new features and better Web browsing. Unfortunately, you cannot do all those things without "rooting" the device. XDA developers made the One-Click Rooting Solution for rooting most of Android devices made by Samsung.

Root procedure can be complex and risky that not all Android users are able to perform the procedure safely. In rare cases, some root access can brick the device, leading to the worst situation without the device's warranty.

This One-Click Rooting Solution made by XDA developers is an easy-to-understand guide and solution to gain root access to most Samsung devices such as Galaxy S3, S2, Note, and Note 2. Below are some devices supported, and if a device you own is not on the list, do not use this root solution. Click here for the complete list of devices.

  • Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch - SPH D710
  • Galaxy S2 GT I9100
  • Galaxy S3 GT I9300
  • Galaxy S3 LTE GT I9305
  • Galaxy Note GT N7000
  • Galaxy Note 2 GT N7100
  • Galaxy Note 2 LTE GT N7105
  • AT&T Galaxy Note 2 SGH I317
  • Verizon Galaxy Note 2 SCH I605
  • Galaxy Camera EK GC100
  • Galaxy Tab Plus GT P6210
  • Galaxy Note 10.1 GT N8000, GT N810, GT N8013, GT N8020

Before Rooting:

1. Create a backup of all data files on your device.

2. Keep in mind that rooting can make the warranty void.

3. The battery level must have at least 60 per cent.

4. Enable the "USB debugging".

5. Enable the "install from unknown sources".

6. Download the Framaroot App here.

Root Access Instructions:

1. Copy the Framaroot APK to your Samsung device. Alternatively, you can use the QR to install the APK and look for it from the app drawer.

2. Go to the File Manager on your device and search for the APK file you have copied.

3. Install the APK.

4. Once completed, your device will have the SuperUser app installed.

Devices that are rooted can now perform complex operations such as custom recovery image, custom ROM update, install apps with root access needed, remove built-in programs, and manipulate the speed of the device.
