Elephone Flagship To Feature Windows 10 And Android 5.0 Along With 2K Display, Intel CPU, 4 GB RAM And More
The Global Source Mobile Electronics Fair that was held in Hong Kong in this week. Numerous Chinese smartphone manufacturers were present at the event to showcase their forthcoming device. Elephone also unveiled a stunning flagship with marvelous features.
According to Giz China, Elephone had unveiled two other handsets too such as the Elephone P7000 and the Elephone G9. However, what grabbed the attention of the audience was the mysterious new device that supports 2K resolution.
The name of the device is still under the wraps but it is said to feature 4 GB of RAM along with an Intel processor. The exact details of Intel chip is not known yet. However, it will be the first smartphone from Elephone to feature Intel processor instead of MediaTek chipset. The device will also be featuring Touch ID fingerprint sensor.
Giz China further states that sources have revealed to it that the device will feature both Android 5.0 Lollipop as well as Windows 10. As of this writing, it is not clear whether the device will support dual boot for allowing users to access both the operating systems on the very device. Also, it is yet to be ascertained that whether two separate models for each OS will be released.
As far as the camera of the device is concerned, the device will be housing a Sony IMX 21 MP shooter on its rear panel. The details of the front-facing camera are still not known.
On the basis of the image published on the Giz China post, it states that the device will come with a very thin allow chassis. The frontal view of the device suggests that it will be sporting narrow bezels. As of this writing, there is no update from Elephone on the correct name of the device and its launch date.
