“Empire” star Terence Howard can’t get away from his two ex-wives both from real life (Michelle Ghent) and on screen (Cookie Lyon). The actor’s real life ex-wife is currently demanding a cut from Howard’s “Empire” salary as she is entitled to get 21% of anything that Howard made.

Thanks to “Empire’s” massive success, Howard is now earning $125k per episode which made his ex-wife richer compare to $5,800 she’s getting from the actor for spousal support per month. Ghent is also entitled to get a cut from the actor’s other show, “Wayward Pines.”

“The deal is Michelle gets 21% of anything Terrence made over $62,500 in the first 3 months of this year,” according to TMZ. “We did the math, and he needs to cut her a check for about $65k. That's just from his "Empire" money. Remember, Terrence has another show –“Wayward Pines” -- debuting on FOX this year ... so she'll get some chunk of that.”

Howard has been married three times and is currently in wife number three, model/restaurateur Mira Pak. Ghent is the actor’s second wife whom he married in January 2010 and she filed for divorce in February 2011. She also filed a restraining order as he accused the “Red Tails” star to viciously beating her and Howard accusing her as a “disgusting racist.”

The nasty divorce was finalized in May 2013 with Howard getting most of the marital property, including both houses in Pennsylvania and 25 of his bank accounts. Ghent was ordered to return Howard’s 2011 Range Rover, while she gets her bike and a BMW.

The court ordered the actor to pay $5,800 for the next three years - a small amount of money for the actor who has the means to earn big money.

Meanwhile, the 46-year-old actor is expecting his fourth child in May with wife Mira. The “Hustle & Flow” star has three kids with his first wife, Lori McCommas – Aubrey, 22, Hunter, 19, and Heaven, 17. Grateful for this new chapter of his life, expecting after revealed that he feels like a first-time dad now that he is more mature and knows how to deal with the expectations of being a good father.
