‘Fallout 4’ Nuka-World DLC commentary video, PS4 patch released
“Fallout 4” Nuka-World DLC is almost here. Before fans can indulge in the newest offering in the Wasteland, developer Bethesda has released a new video commentary that features a team walkthrough.
Seen below, the video is basically fans’ first glimpse of what’s to come in “Fallout 4.” The video features some gameplay, which starts a little past the third minute of the hour-long run-through.
The developer promised that there won’t be a lot of spoilers, so fans who don’t want to know too much of the game before they dive in can still keep a lot of the highlights for their own discovery pleasure.
Fans will get to hear some of the development story for the latest DLC. It seems that the addition of more Raiders also reflected some of the fans’ requests.
While waiting for the new “Fallout 4” expansion, players can rejoice with the delivery of the update for Vault-Tec Workshop. Over at the Bethesda website, the developer detailed the different patch notes, as well as the official changes that were rolled out for the PS4 platform.
The following fixes are present for the Vault-Tech Workshop DLC. Those who may experience some difficulties can delete the game and add-ons and reinstall:
- Vault Exterior Door no longer has a missing texture if Wasteland Workshop is not installed
- NPCs will no longer incorrectly sit at the Vault Security Desk
- Vault-Tec Water Pump and starting generator now auto repair when entering workshop mode
- Player can no longer assign companions or Overseer Barstow using the population management system to prevent this from breaking them
- Vault-Tec population management system will no longer say jobs are available when is no one valid for job assignment available
- Vault Experiments can be scrapped in workshop mode
- Fixed issue with Overseer Barstow’s audio cutting out after Clem’s interview
- Interviewing the second settler candidate will not reset after the dialogue option take a break
“Fallout 4” Nuka-World DLC will be released on Aug. 30. It is part of the season pass, which features the previously released expansions, Far Harbor, Workshop Contraption Vault-Tec Workshop and Wasteland Workshop. It can also be purchased as a standalone DLC for US$20 (approx. AU$26).
