“Fantastic Four” reboot is set to tell the origin story of the four superheroes, as they take on their arch enemy Dr. Doom. Here is a look at the official biographies of the four superheroes in the movie. [Spoiler alert]

The four superhero characters in the movie are Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm. The official website of the movie has released the biographies of each of the superheroes. The details also include the super powers of each character.

The clear leader of the group has always been Reed Richards. This role will be played by Miles Teller in the “Fantastic Four” reboot. According to the official biography of the character, his home life was not “conducive” for intellectual growth and his “ground breaking ideas” were considered “delusions.”

Reed Richards will be exploring the mysterious of the universe in his garage. After he and his team successfully travel to another dimension and return, he will find that he has the ability to stretch his body to incredible lengths and into “impossible forms.”

Sue Storm has been seen to be the love of Reed Richards in the comics and the previous movies. The character will be played by Kate Mara in the upcoming “Fantastic Four” movie. She is described as an independent person who prefers to work alone, even though her brother Johnny Storm is part of the team that travels to an alternate universe.

One of her natural gifts is said to be the ability to “visualise things the rest of us can’t see.” She develops the ability to become invisible and generate force fields, when she travels to the alternate universe.

The role of Johnny Storm will be played by Michael B. Jordan in the “Fantastic Four” reboot. His official biography describes him as a “troublemaker,” “thrill-seeker” and the “rock star” of the team. He will develop the ability to “shoot fireballs” and “fly at breakneck speeds.”

Perhaps the strongest member of the team, the role of Ben Grimm will be played by Jamie Bell in the “Fantastic Four” reboot. According to his official biography, he has had a “callous upbringing.”

The one strong point of Ben Grimm is that he is very loyal and protective of his fellow team members in “Fantastic Four.” After travelling to the alternate universe, his body will become stone-like. This gives him “epic strength” and makes him “virtually indestructible.”
